For thirty three years, our dojo creates opportunities for our youth to grow and establish themselves, especially when it comes to developing and nurturing our future leaders. My young brown belt who has been with me since six years old leads the way by example with strong work ethics and good values. This kid is good, he's got the respect of many, he's fit, he's disciplined and is an excellent communicator, not bad for a thirteen year old. Where else would he be given this charge?
