The 2026 Surrey Khalsa Day Vaisakhi Parade is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, from roughly 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, starting and ending at the Gurdwara Dashmesh Darbar Temple (12885 85th Ave). As the world's largest Vaisakhi celebration, it attracts over 500,000  scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, from roughly 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, starting and ending at the Gurdwara Dashmesh Dparticipants for a parade with live music, food, and cultural festivities.

  • Date: Saturday, April 18, 2026.

  • Time: The main procession runs approximately 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with activities typically starting earlier.

  • Location: Begins at Gurdwara Dashmesh Darbar, 12885 85th Avenue, Surrey, BC.

  • Parade Route: The procession travels along 124th Street, turns left onto 75th Avenue, continues on 76th Avenue, onto 128th Street, then back to the Temple.

  • Features: Features over 2,500 participants, community floats, and numerous stalls providing free food and drinks.

  • Parking/Safety: Major road closures are in effect for the Newton area, including 124th St, 75th/76th Ave, and 128th St. Public transit is advised
