Wake With Purpose
We all need purpose. Every morning, I wake at 6:30am to prepare my day and my wife Yan’s day. And even though the dojo is closed due to COVID, I leave to go there by 9am and my routines of training, cleaning, and managing my business affairs stay intact. When I do this, I feel good at day’s end for I have accomplished something that is personal, and something worthwhile. When I lose my purpose, I lose who I am, and I do not want to do this. I value everything that I have accomplished, it took me a long time to get to this point of life and I challenge myself to make everyday a good day, and I hope the same for you.
